About This Project

Essendon Fields is an award-winning commercial, aviation and retail precinct located on the site of Melbourne’s first airport. Established in 1921, Essendon Airport is the site of Melbourne’s first, and Australia’s second airport. Since privatisation in 2001, the airport’s operators have continued to draw on their vast experience in logistics and property development to revitalise the airport and create the vibrant commercial and community hub of Essendon Fields.
